Clients must be low-income, disabled (HIV/AIDS, mental illness and / or substance abuse disorder) and working with a long-term case manager to qualify. We typically have a waitlist.
Housing assistance candidates must complete a coordinated entry assessment & be homeless and have a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, mental illness or a substance abuse disorder.
Assistance is available to those who are literally or imminently homeless. All types of assistance are not guaranteed and are subject to availability of resources and funds.
Pride Haven is our shelter for transition-aged youth, 18-24, facing homelessness. Pride Haven provides many services & is a safe and affirming space for all. Click below to learn more.
